Terms of Use: Where Is My Tuna?

By downloading or playing Where Is My Tuna? (the "Game") from Rojeh Video Games ("we"), you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). On iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. Tuna Club subscription

Tuna Club is an optional, auto-renewing subscription. While it's active it removes interstitial and banner ads and keeps your cat always full. Rewarded ads stay optional.
The price and billing period are shown in the Game before you buy, and in your store account.
Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel anytime: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the Game does not cancel the subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is lost when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies.
Use Restore Purchases in the Game to restore an active subscription on a new device using the same store account.

3. Virtual items

In-game items, currency and benefits have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not sold.

4. Acceptable use

Don't cheat, hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Game or its ads, or use it in any unlawful way.

5. Ads

The free version of the Game shows ads provided by third parties (Google AdMob). See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data and how to change your choices.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, its art, characters, music and code belong to Rojeh Video Games or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the Game and these Terms. We may end your license if you break these Terms. Sections 3, 6 and 7 survive termination.
